Delegate Brian Moran, Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, has put forward a bold agenda for 2008 that includes educational excellence by raising teachers salaries, protections for children by cracking down on online sex predators, and safety measures to keep dangerous toys away from our kids. He is working hard to improve our healthcare system and make better long-term care options available to seniors and to develop a bipartisan redistricting process so our democratic process is protected.
